I hate injuries.
I've been unable to run for weeks ... unable to run propeoply for months ... and the issue still not completely resolved.
Bloody achilles tendonitis!
Ah well ... at least now I know WHAT the problem is, and the Physio's giving me some exercises to deal with it.
So now I can get back into training.
I've reset the targets .. I'm still aiming for a marathon in Honolulu in December - and will do the half-marathon in Brisbane in April.
My nephew, Corey, is gonna join me in doing the half - so I've set up a training program (well, to be honest, Jeff Galloway at
http://www.jeffgalloway.com/ has set it up - I just converted it to kilometres, and added some dates.)
